The chickens are all agog.
Clucking tall tales from in the coop,
ontop of the coop
and yes, even flying the coop.
They're used to my company several times a day. I whisper, I sing, I talk about life.
Two quilts cut, laying out in my current
favorite layout awaiting sewing the strips and blocks together.
Now, after a day of volunteer sorting and quilt kits from pulling scraps, more projects to bundle and add to our pile of charitable sewing and quilting
I use scraps, leftovers. Very little goes to waste in my sewing nook.
Hence, piles of ideas and projects for some day fun.
I have to look at myself especially in retrospect.
My kids, grandkids, and even my cat and grandpups wonder about me. My husband listens to my craziness and says....
As long as you're having fun.
Quilter's ADD: Most Stash, She Won!
Such fun working on helping others with donated bits of fabrics and purchased fleece for blankets for foster children and others in need of knowing they're cared about. 💜

Loved your post Michele. Our Jess has chickens and she found what characters they are
