Project Linus Day

 

In honor of Project Linus Day, Feb 21: Make a blanket or quilt for a child and donate it to Project Linus or any community charity of your choice! 

 The Project Linus Mission is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets. S far, over three million blankets have been given to children in need since their inception in 1995. 

 I have just added to my huge list of Free Quilt Patterns and especially these links to Free Babies and Childrens Quilt Patterns (and have double checked for broken links!)
