I really like this wall hanging. I might have to copy it if you don't mind.
And how many Iraq's have been killed???
I don't know. Way, way too many. Men, women and children...probably of many cultures, many faiths, many families. War is never the answer and it is never a good thing. A life is a precious thing and lives are being damaged and wasted. That is why I used a weeping willow branch to hang my quilt from. That is my statement on the war. It hangs there to remind me to feel love, not hate, to live peace, not war.
Thinking of u all....Happy Easter!!
Hugs xxx
Hi Michele, well, lets hope blogger will accept my post this time. Love seeing the Heartstrings project again. Great job on the Irish patterns, thank you for sharing all of those links. Hugs, Finn
The weeping willow is a very fitting way to hang your heart strings quilt. I do hope it is over soon.
There is no easy answer... but, those who serve deserve our prayers as do their families.
Lovely wall hanging. Like Shelina, I hope it's over soon. Enough is enough. How many more people have got to be killed - American, British and Iraqi's - before the powers that be see sense.
A very powerful piece!
